Documentary family photography taught us how to read energy, notice what matters, and tell stories that feel honest instead of staged. It taught us how to make people comfortable, how to hold space, and how to capture something meaningful without forcing it.
As we’ve grown — as artists, business owners, and people — our work has evolved too. We realized that the same skills we used to document families could help small business owners in a deeper way: by giving them clarity, confidence, and visuals that actually support their work.

"Gives me confidence to put myself out there & stand behind my brand!"
"I am so not a photo shoot, comfortable-in-front-of-the-camera type of person,,, but every shoot I have ever done with Shannon & Christina I feel SO hyped up, confident, and just feelin' myself that you can see it in the photos! Having photos where I look (and feel) confident makes me look legit plus gives me confidence to put myself out there and stand behind my brand!"

"They don't just show up and take photos—they help me tell the story behind my business and give me a strategy for actually using the images. As a busy chef, having a plan and a library of content I can pull from has been invaluable."
